In 1994, I went to a Conference about the Feminine, organised by Amnesty International. One of the questions asked was ‘What is the Feminine?’ If something is going to be supported it has to have a language and concepts. It’s been my life’s work to begin to give the Feminine what She needs, so the energy in life can be balanced. The Feminine is the quality of energy that makes sure that life survives and that experience is kept within bearable limits. She protects and sustains. You can see this in the way a mother looks after her children whether this mum is human or another species. It’s time for this nurturing principle to be a part of everyday life and supported in every institution. That way kindness and care are not dependent on ‘pot luck’. Imagine what it will be like, if every country in the world, there was this safety and kindness. Life is both Masculine and Feminine, but only one side is empowered and represented in the world. The arrival of the Feminine brings in the hope that every being needs, whatever their species.
